Gulf Catering Company applies the internationally recognized Food Safety Management Systems including HACCP and ISO 2200.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system is to ensures food safety. HACCP is proactive, preventive and science based system that identifies the hazard, evaluates it, and ensures that required controls are in place for food safety. It covers complete food production process from raw materials to distribution and consumption. FSMS & HACCP systems are verified by reputed external certification bodies to achieve the customer satisfaction.

The primary and continuing policy of Gulf Catering Company is to protect the health of its customers as well as employees. This is achieved by the implementation and application of strict food quality controls and monitoring procedures by our Quality and Safety professionals.

At Gulf Catering Company Quality and Safety is at the heart of all of our operations. Gulf Catering Company is operating under various international standards and is certified with the food safety management system (ISO 22000) and HACCP which contributed significantly in continuing in maintaining highest Quality and Safety standards. We prioritize the work place safety as a vital division of our company hence all our operations and procedures are regularly reviewed to ensure paramount safety to our workforce and customers in maintaining the highest standards.

This is achieved by implementation and application of strict control and monitoring procedures by our Quality Control department by, setting and continuously monitoring the technical parameters of raw materials, selecting the highest quality materials and performing due diligence assessment procedures upon whole food processing chain by our quality specialists prior to granting approval for use.

The effectiveness of this policy is audited periodically as part of continuous improvements.

Gulf Catering Company Quality Management Systems: Food Safety Management System is the platform that we take pride to guarantee food safety, compliance with quality standards and to create value for our customer’s. Gulf Catering Company’s internal food safety management System is audited and verified by independent certification bodies to prove compliance to internal standards, ISO norms and Saudi laws as defined and governed by Saudi Food Drugs Agency (SFDA).
